Hi. My name is Cody and I am 8 years old. I live in Ogdensburg,
NY. Today, February 10, my class and I took a field trip to the Winterlude and
we saw your sculpture. I had never been to Ottawa until today. The man that
was there was nice enough to explain to my class the process of making the sculpture
and it was very interesting for us. I really liked the yak. The nice man gave
me a card with your web site address so when I got home my Mom and I visited
the site. I loved all of the pictures. You all must work very hard and get very
cold. I know we all got cold today. Thank you for taking time to talk to us
today. If you e-mailed me back I would take it to school to share with my friends.
They would like that and I would too. Keep up the good work. I hope we come
back next year.
Your friend,
Cody

I checked out the site and will be following your progress with your sculpture from Poland. The idea is excellent and I look forward to seeing the final product (although it looks bloody cold back home - yesterday was 12C here in Warsaw). Cheers, John

We live in Chicago and we were in Ottawa last weekend and saw your project as you were just starting. It is wonderful to see it really progressing. It is great and we wish you well in the judging. Thanks for allowing us to follow your progress on the web.

Saw the news tonight, noticed that your sculpture was protected
from the rain as best could be. Hope that this weather has not brought to much
misfortune. Sending lots of cold thoughts your way. (As oppose to warm thought)
Keep you spirits up, your almost there folks! We'll be down this weekend to
visit the real piece of art.
Your on the last stretch, when the going gets tuff,,,the tuff get
going...right? Good luck for the judging!

Hi, guys
I was really happy to see your progress. It looks great. I was there
last Sunday and picked up your card. One thing: in tibet.htm there are a few
\\\ where you meant ///. Both the link to Jeffco Central and the footer graphic
have the wrong slashes. I do it myself sometimes. Makes it hard to navigate.
Take care
Jake

Hi there,
I'm Mike's brother and I'd just like to say a few words about the
wonderful work you and your team have done with the "Fleeing Tibet"
snow sculpture in this years Winterlude event. It was easy to see that there
was a lot of effort and teamwork in the sculpture and the presentation as a
whole.
I really like your Web Page design and I was impressed the see the effort put into it as well. You don't see many people putting quality time in all aspects of their work... Great site!
Hope to see more of your work at next years Winterlude. Keep up the great work!
Dan Henri
